For the 2010-2011 season, the Frederick Lady Outlaws is partnering with All-Star
Fusion to offer the opportunity to compete and perform at the semi-professional level. The Outlaws Cheerleading team
will be broken up into two teams – the Competition Team and the Performance
Team.
The Performance Team will contain both a dance and co-ed stunt teams. The Performance Team will perform at all home and away games for the current 2010 ECFA Champion semi-professional football team – the Frederick Outlaws.
- Practices will be Wednesday’s beginning September 29th, 2010 through June 2011 from 8-9:30pm at All-Star Fusions’ facility located at 4821 Winchester Blvd., #103, Frederick, MD 21703. Beginning in February 2011, practices will be Wednesday’s 8-9:30pm and Friday’s 7-9pm at All-Star Fusions facility.
- The team will perform on the sidelines, during quarter breaks and halftime for all home and away games beginning in March 2011 through playoffs to the end of June 2011. All games are on Saturdays.
- Team dues of $325 (females) or $300 (males) for the team include the following:
- Custom made warm-up
- Poms
- Team Bag
- Practice uniform
- Appearance top
- Bloomers (females only)
- Professional headshots
- Shoes (either black cheer shoes or black dance sneakers)
- Team dues for returning Lady Outlaw members are only $185 for the 2010-2011 season.
- Custom made uniforms will be purchased by the organization through sponsorships and fundraising activities. Each member must participate in the sponsorship and fundraising activities or pay a buy-out fee of $400 (females) or $200 (males) to purchase a uniform. For females, the uniform consists of a halter top, skirt, pants, shrug and football jersey. For males, the uniform consists of shirt, shorts, pants and football jersey.
- A security deposit of $175 (females) or $75 (males) will be collected and returned at the end of the season if the complete uniform is returned undamaged to the organization.
The Competition Teams will compete as Open teams at local competitions in co-ed stunt and dance categories.
- Practices will be Sunday’s beginning September 26th, 2010 through February 27th, 2011 from 4-7pm at All-Star Fusions’ facility located at 4821 Winchester Blvd., #103, Frederick, MD 21703
- The team will compete at 2-3 competitions from November through February
- Team dues of $250 (females) or $225 (males) for the team include the following:
- Competition fees
- Practice uniform
- Competition uniform
- Bloomers (females only)
- Shoes (either black cheer shoes or black dance sneakers)
- There is tuition of $250 for the team. If you participate on both the competitive team and
the performance team, you will receive a 50% discount on tuition. Therefore, your tuition for the competitive team
would only be $125. The tuition can be paid monthly ($25 per month Oct – Feb).
If desired, a payment plan can be set up to make 4 payments (October, November, December and January) for either the Competition Team(s) and/or the Performance Team(s).
Is there an age limit?
- There is no maximum age limit
- Minimum age requirement is 17 by January 1st, 2011 for the 2010-2011 season
Are there any height to weight restrictions?
- You should be in overall great shape – physically fit and very healthy (conditioning will be part of every practice)

What are the time requirements if you make the team (i.e. practices, fundraising, community/sponsorship activities, appearances, etc.)?
- Becoming an Outlaw Cheerleader member is an opportunity to compete and perform for your local community but also an experience you will never forget.
- For the Competition Team, you will compete at 4 competitions (November through February).
- For the Performance Team, you are required to perform at all home and all away games (March – May). All games are on Saturdays. You are also required to perform at all conference games. Conference games can range from 1 to 4 games all on Saturdays in June 2011. On game days, you are required to arrive 2 hours prior to kickoff for staging and pre-game promotions.
- For the Competition Team, practices begin September 26th, 2010 through February 2011 every Sunday (4-7pm).
- For the Performance Team, practices begin September 29th, 2010 every Wednesday (8-9:30pm) through January 26, 2011. Beginning February 2, 2011, practices will be every Wednesday (8-9:30pm) and every Friday (7-9pm) through the conclusion of conference games in June 2011.
- Each member of the team is required to participate in all fundraising, community and sponsorship events throughout the Frederick area.
