Coach and
Choreographer: Christina Heller
Christina has been dancing since the age of 3, studying ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical
and modern with a concentration in technique in all styles. She began competing in regional and national competitions
at age 7 and has received numerous titles and awards. Christina graduated in 2001 from Goucher College in Baltimore,
MS with a BA in Business Management and Communications and continued to study all dance styles.
From 2001-2006, Christina was a member of the NFL Baltimore Ravens Cheerleading Teams. In the 2002, 2004 and 2005 seasons with the Ravens, Christina earned the Charity Award from coaching staff. During her time with the Ravens, Christina was a cheer and dance instructor for the Lil’Ravens Program sponsored by the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders.
Since 2006, Christina has been teaching dance at area all-star facilities, including Dream All-Stars in Gaithersburg, MD and dance studios, including Savage Dance Company in Eldersburg, MD. Currently, Christina is teaching dance for Frederick All-Star Fusion located in Frederick, MD. During the day, she is a Contract Specialists for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid in Baltimore, MD.
Director: Adam Heller
Adam joined the Frederick Outlaws organization in August 2009 as a business consultant and was promoted to Vice President and COO in September 2009. Adam is responsible for managing the Outlaw organization’s rapid growth as a business entity, its operating viability, addressing the opportunities and challenge of the organization and for developing a plan to accomplish short term strategic objectives such as community involvement and business/partnership opportunities, as well as long term objectives such as 501c3 Federal and State non-profit classification.
Adam is also serving as the Director of the Outlaw Cheerleaders and a special advisor to the Athletes for Frederick Board of Directors. Over his business career, Adam has successfully manages private business entities and Fortune 500 commercial entities, focusing is service fulfillment, operations and P&L management, and technology product development, integration and repair.
Adam attended Frederick Community College, Villa Julie College (now Stevenson University) and Tesst College of Technology.
